Teaching Jeremiah, A Journey into the Mind of an Asperger’s Child, Notebook
“Teaching Jeremiah” is a complete curriculum for teaching special needs children in preschool and early elementary grades. Originally written for a child with Asperger’s Syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder, this curriculum is broken into chapters corresponding with educational goals set in his IEP (Individual Education Plan). There is a chapter for developing fine motor skills, one for letter and number recognition skills, speech development, matching patterns, and more. If you are as frustrated as I was in searching for a curriculum of activities tailored to special needs children, then this eBook is for you. This detailed curriculum is complete with activities, a materials list for each activity, resources, and web address listings for furthering your child’s development. This curriculum was designed for a home schooling family on a limited budget and the activities contained within its pages are outlined in an easy-to-read and understand format that will make it virtually effortless and even “fun” to home educate your special needs child.

“This dance CD is a wonderful way to make physical therapy and exercise more enjoyable! I have been able to incorporate it into my therapy sessions to enhance posture, balance, bilateral coordination, strength & endurance training, motor sequencing and fluidity of movement. I’m not sure who has more fun with it- my students or me!”

Considering God's Creation, Teachers Manual & Student Workbook
A creative in-depth encounter with natural science from a biblical perspective. Adaptable for Second to Seventh Grade. A gigantic 272-page book plus Teacher’s Manual with free audio CD!
Student workbook has tear-out pages for each lesson that can be colored in.
Considering God’s Creation an elementary earth and life science program that was born out of our desire to introduce our own children to the Creator through His creation. We wanted them to have more than just information and facts about the world around them, so that they could make some of the spiritual connections that Jesus so often pointed out in nature. For example, when we study plants and are out working in the garden, it is a perfect opportunity to talk about how God provides for all His creation, to tell the story of the sower and the seeds, to talk about reaping what we sow, and to discuss how we will be known by our fruits.
We also wanted to teach our children to absolutely love science and to become scientist detectives. We wanted them to be able to accurately describe different kinds of plants and to classify them in the appropriate categories.
Each lesson begins with preparation directions . Then the vocabulary words are listed, with the meanings and language roots included. An introduction follows that is to be read aloud. Many of the lessons include a song which covers scientific definitions set to original music, but also have a spiritual application. Then an activity helps the student to further understand the concept. A Bible reading focuses on what God is teaching us about Himself through that particular aspect of creation. Then the children work individually on their notebooks. These pages are designed to be discovery pages, with pop-up windows, books within books, and all sorts of really neat kids stuff. You would then follow up with “Evolution Stumpers”, review questions, and perhaps something from the “Digging Deeper” section.
lessons are done orally with music and activities.
There are actually 36 lessons, but some of the lessons have several parts and can be divided
